The key to beating CPS is at the first hearing. Do not work with CPS. Do not agree with anything they say. Do not consent to anything they say or do.
YOU MUST NOT CONSENT TO ANY OFFER THEY MAKE YOU. IMMEDIATELY STATE THAT YOU ARE A NATURAL MAN OR WOMAN AND THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE OR CONSENT TO THEIR KIDNAPPING OF YOUR CHILDREN AND THAT YOU WANT THEM GIVEN BACK TO YOU IMMEDIATELY!!! IF THEY FORCE YOU TO GO TO A TRIAL, DO THE SAME THING IN THE TRIAL, DO NOT CONSENT TO ANYTHING. WHY? BECAUSE CPS AND THE JUVENILE COURT HAVE TO TRICK YOU INTO AGREEING WITH WHAT THEY ARE DOING BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DO ANYTHING AND ARE USING UNCONSTITUTIONAL COLOR OF LAW FRAUDS TO TRICK YOU INTO AGREEING WITH THEM.

If you are already in the CPS trap
CPS can be beaten but it will be a battle once you have already agreed to their fraud. You will have to file a rescission of your signature and consent and file a Federal complaint aganist them.You will also have to represent yourself because attorney's all work for the fraudulent legal system and are trained in selling you out to the court and they cannot do what you need done to get you out of the CPS trap. In fact attorneys will do everything they can to convince you that working with CPS is the only way out. Information on how to do this will be added to site regularly. It might sound impossible to do and too complicated but it can be done by the average person that really wants their children back.
